I am involved in a joint venture partnership that is in the process of buying and flipping homes.  My stake in it isn’t that much, but I thought that it would be a good way to make my money work a little harder for me.

We have been working on our current house for the past two months, and it looks so much different than when we started.  New floors, paint, and appliances can be found inside, and it is one of the nicest houses that I have ever seen.

We are just about ready to sell, and we will be putting it on the market on Monday.  The inside of the house is clean, but we thought that we would spend some money to get professional house washing and concrete cleaning before it is on the market.

So, a pressure washing company is cleaning the house right now as we speak, and I can’t wait to see what it looks like when it is done.  We are looking at making a tidy profit on it, and with it being clean, we might even be able to squeeze a little bit more money out of it - we’ll just have to see.
