Seeing the world is one of our strongest wishes. Going to Amsterdam and to Netherlands in general is another popular dream shared by many people worldwide. It is perfectly understandable, since Amsterdam has a very permissive legislation.

You may wonder if Amsterdam cheap lodging ideas really exist. First of all define cheap, then find out that you can stay for as little as 40 or 50 Euro per night. If you call that cheap, that’s fine.

There are several cheap hotels in the central area of Amsterdam. They are suitable for people who want to make the most out of their vacation and visit as many touristic objectives as possible. Bema hotel and Ibis hotel are only two examples of inexpensive but comfortable lodging.

Amsterdam canals are ideal for romantic lovers enjoying their honeymoon. There are small boats you can take for a ride, or larger ships which are public and fairly inexpensive. Too bad the weather is windy almost all year round, so take care to have some warm clothes inside your luggage.
