Archive for the 'Reviews' Category
It has been over five years now, since I joined a local firm that trades your opinion for coupons. I ended up joining the company by accident, back in the days of looking for free offers online. Now, I admit, some of these companies that were looking for opinions and reviews were not all they were cracked up to be, but the one I joined locally ended up being okay.
This company would send you a different task each week in exchange for a coupon or voucher at a local restaurant or store of your choice. These tasks were as simple as rating a local steakhouse on the quality of the food (was it on the mark or not?) to getting your views and opinions on the customer service at a local retailer.
Quite often, you would find yourself rating a place that you already visit anyway. I can remember rating the staff at the bowling alley that we visited quite frequently – and getting "paid" (in coupons and vouchers) to do it.
So, is it worth sharing your opinions? You bet. Whether or not you get paid for it, your feedback may be instrumental in making a product or company better – which in the end will benefit you anyway.
For the past few months I have been trying out different day trading education packages offered on the Internet. Price wise some of them have been free, up to some with price tags of a few thousand dollars. What I was really looking for was one that offered good value for the investment, as well as good, honest advice.
Now there sure were quite a few products out there that didn’t fit my criteria. Most of the free ones were not worth the cost (sometimes free advice is the worst advice) offering poor and incomplete information. Some of the more expensive futures day trading courses offered specific advice for those people with large trading accounts – useless information for someone starting out. Also I found that some of the more expensive packages lacked common English – they tended to use technical jargon that someone new that was starting out would not understand.
I did find one that had both good value, and sound advice, for a price that I found reasonable. The Emini Day Trading Course was not expensive or cheap. Coming in at just under a thousand dollars (at the time of this writing) it was one of the more comprehensive strategies for sale. Simple, easy to follow, I was happy with what I had learned after completing the course – and what I learned worked in real life. If you need some day trading education – this would be the one to get.
